We are Koalisation,
we are hungry
for change
We are a community of "bold thinkers", game-changing businesses, and real people leading high-impact projects based on social development and environmental regeneration. We don’t just tick boxes, we are all in the field and here everyone wins: you get the credits, they get a better life, we get a better environment to live in.

Current sustainability is a concept destined to fail because it doesn’t address the problem at its root. Or rather, it deals with the surface, with calming the tide.
But what about the world that lives and stirs beneath?
Where everything begins, supports, expands, and brings forth shape.
We’ve decided to change course, to sail a different sea, one that’s more turbulent, more profound. We’ve decided to try and rewrite the word sustainability.Koalisation Read our manifesto![]()

What if what drives you forward is also what holds you back?
For 500 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa, charcoal is the only source of energy for cooking and purifying water.
But the price to pay is steep: large-scale deforestation, severe health risks, and a cycle that endangers lives while meeting essential needs.
We are here to break this cycle. By offering communities sustainable alternatives, we create a new balance where meeting basic needs becomes a driver of growth, human connections, economic development, and environmental regeneration.

Our Philosophy
Koalisation addresses environmental damage linked to social issues by empowering communities. With our approach, we reduce charcoal use with efficient stoves, provide clean water, and train locals in sustainable practices such as regenerative agriculture and beekeeping.
Through these activities, we aim to tackle three of the biggest social and environmental challenges currently affecting 2.2 billion people: cooking, access to water, and soil degradation.
Environmental impacts resulting from social issues
Worldwide, over 2 billion people lack access to sustainable energy sources and use wood or charcoal daily for cooking or boiling water.
